  I'm so sick and tired of the sub standard service we repeatedly get from this mcdonalds. The food is always shabbily put together (burgers all over the place, amounts of condiments never consistent etc), often cold and we are regularly missing items out of our take away orders. Face to face service varies but Manuka never compares to the excellent standard I've received at other restaurants in the chain. WAY BELOW PAR IN ALL ASPECTS!!! I would have given it no stars if the app would let me!
